Honey supplied to The Way Outback Brewing Company

A first for Honey's Honey – we recently delivered honey to a brewery! The Way Outback Brewing Company in Southbourne, Bournemouth, will be using it to make a honey pale ale called Bumblin' Along.

We took them several pails of Dorset summer honey. It's foraged from late flowering trees and wild pastures across the county.

It's really exciting for us to be working with such an innovative local company. In addition to the brewery building on Seabourne Road, there's a Tap Room (currently closed due to the COVID lockdown) serving beer brewed on the premises, plus guest beers, wines, spirits and coffee.

To survive lockdown, the microbrewery team have been selling beer in cans as well as kegs. But now there's light at the end of the tunnel and you can book a table in their beer garden from mid-April onwards at www.thewayoutback.co.uk.

The ales currently on sale range from porters (similar to stout) to lighter pale ales, all with fabulous flavours and unique designs.
